Leading a Connection Group is the most energizing experience I’ve had in years.

Under a guided facilitator, pastors and ministry leaders can receive the help that they need.

The time with this TLC group and the other pastors has been a God send.  I found much needed wisdom and clarity as I faced the challenges of leading a plateaued church and church plant…The camaraderie of The Leadership Connection is such a phenomenal blessing.

It was a place I could meet with peers and bring my life, professional life, my leadership … a place that keeps me accountable to goals of mine.

I now have a cadre of people I know I can count on. TLC groups are the single best thing to help you have a daily rhythm of staying on track, of doing what it is you know God is calling you to do, and listening to God’s voice in your life.

Pastors feel like there’s a place they can go for help so they can serve with joy. It has been a joy in my life to come alongside pastors.

I went to just one meeting and I was really hooked.

I just love being there and I can’t wait for a whole month to see them again. It really becomes a brotherhood at a deep level.
