At Leadership Connection, we equip seasoned leaders to help pastors and ministry leaders face challenges, develop skills, and make powerful changes in their lives – whose effect cascades throughout the communities they serve for years to come.
We understand the difficult situations pastors and ministry leaders face, because we’ve faced them ourselves. We are church leaders and non-profit leaders just like you. Our framework is based upon a proven peer-model by ministry leaders for ministry leaders. It’s a proven process that has changed the lives of thousands of pastors around the world over the last 10 years.

Leadership Connection (LC) was founded because we realized the difficult position of ministry leaders — under immense pressure and with no one to their share their struggles. We knew that we could help pastors and ministry leaders overcome the challenges, stress, and burnout that many experience if we could give them a safe place in which they could be authentic with group of peers, and receive practical insights and resources around their real-world challenges. LC trains seasoned leaders to serve a community of ministry leaders in exactly this way.

As the facilitator, you’ll meet monthly with a group of 8-12 ministry leaders to work on each other’s ministries and make a significant impact in the lives of those they serve.
Participate in monthly group calls with a national and/or regional director and other facilitators leading peer groups to continually be resourced, encouraged, and equipped.
We provide training materials and coaching to help you develop Leadership Connection group(s) in your region, including how to reach out to potential participants, as well as their boards to gain their commitment for participation in your group.
You’ll have access to a website dedicated to our facilitators which provides you with articles, training materials and more to assist in leading Connection groups.
